Where ideas take root

Upajivya explores scalable models designed to make natural farming viable, accountable, and future-ready.

Niyata – Our Community-Integrated Farming Model

Upajivya’s Niyata model bridges the gap between urban families and rural farms — not just through sales, but by aligning cultivation directly with community demand.

Instead of growing first and selling later, we engage RWAs and gated communities before the sowing cycle, locking in their seasonal preferences, weekly requirements, and dietary needs.

This Reverse Subscription Agriculture model ensures:

Alongside this, our weekly or monthly Upajivya stalls at these communities offer:

The goal? A circular, trust-driven food loop where communities eat what they commit to, and farmers grow what’s truly needed.

Annadata Model

The Annadata model is at the heart of our farmer-first approach. It ensures that farmers receive a fixed monthly income for stability, along with a goodwill share from the final produce sales. This hybrid structure helps farmers move beyond uncertain market returns and ensures that even the smallest landholders can pursue agriculture with dignity, pride, and financial confidence. By making farming viable, the Annadata model nurtures both livelihoods and long-term commitment to sustainable cultivation.

Strategic Partnership

Our strategic land partnership model is designed for long-term sustainability and shared growth. Under this approach, urban well-wishers invest 70% of the resources, Upajivya manages and cultivates the land, and farmers gain through shared profits and employment opportunities. This model brings together capital, expertise, and local knowledge — ensuring that every participant contributes meaningfully to a regenerative and equitable food ecosystem. It’s a collaborative path where success is shared, and the benefits ripple across communities.

Let’s Grow Together

If you’d like to co-create with us or explore one of these models, let’s connect and grow something meaningful together.
